About the Restoration

These recordings have undergone a careful restoration process using a combination of traditional audio engineering and modern tools. In some cases, elements of the original recordings required enhancement or reconstruction due to age or degradation. Where applicable, contemporary tools—including AI-assisted processes—were used only to support and preserve the listenability of the material, not to replace or imitate original performances.

As with many archival projects, this results in a hybrid restoration, where original recordings are combined with subtle enhancements to improve clarity and continuity. Care has been taken to retain the natural dynamics, tonal character, and overall feel of the source material.
